Town of Passion - Beta 0.7.2
IMPORTANT: This build is testing the removal of a previously crucial plugin that was causing some Windows users to be unable to play the game.
Disabling that plugin also disables some glitch fixes that are naturally in it so there may be some events/cutscenes that are broken. I found and fixed one but I'll be checking to see if anything else was affected. Remember to SAVE OFTEN! If you want to download b0.7.1, the itch download link will remain with the old build for a short while.
If you find any errors or oddities that weren't initially in the game, please report them on here or on Discord!

I can't save the game, for some reason. I keep getting the same error message. Failed to load: img/characters/!%24BULMA.png . I've tried deleting the game and re-downloading it, and i've tried accessing the actual game files, but can't seem to find them.
There's no BULMA.png. Are you making sure Town of Passion is in it's own folder? It almost sounds like the saves are confused with another RPG Maker title (one that has bulma in it? haha)
Bug found with puzzle in side chamber of Nyx's fountain. It's the one where you move crates. I started to solve this puzzle like I done before, only to have the second crate will not move forward. It will move sideways, but you can't solve the puzzle that way. It seems not to recognized the object being destroyed by fire.
I have the same problem. Cant move the center crate up to allow access to the one blocking the chest. I also have the glitch where in the Halloween story, the game freezes before M and I enter...
How can I update it without downloading the new verison again?
you can't. each update needs to be a new download.
Can you bring this game to Android?
I've run into a broken part of the Halloween story, I can only get past the tavern scene. In the cutscene where they're all entering the mansion, nothing happens after Mom tells you to catch up . I can't move and while she turns around she doesn't walk in or anything. The music and sound effects still play but that's it, and it happens every time I try without fail. The files said to please report stuff like that, though sorry if this isn't the right place to report that kind of thing.
Thanks for reporting that to me! That's the specific glitch that I'm looking out for in 0.7.2. I'll probably have 0.7.3 up and running in a few days =)
Hi, is this for Windows only or is it also the Android built?
Windows only. Unfortunately I've ran into some issues with the Android build that I will speak about in a day or two. After doing some extensive testing it seems it's just not possible at this time.
