ToP 0.2.1 - HotFix (Name Input Error)
Since the Alpha build, a few people have been getting a crash at the name input screen which prevents them from playing. I put an alternative solution in where it asks if you want to use a preset name. This SHOULD work for those who can't play otherwise. I've tried to aim for a fix but I have no ways to test it since I'm not affected.
I've been browsing some forum posts of the game and noticed some stating this issue. I don't have forum accounts in all of these places yet so spreading the news to those affected is immensely appreciated!

I don't know if it's a bug or what but I can't find the forest and don't know how to get there but the story still progresses with the mom and even though I never went to the forest she says we already got the pendant and I still got the BJ scene.
You probably received her adventure gear from Aunt Rose too soon. Apologies about that bug. That's something I just fixed and have live now in build 0.2.2.
Love the game so far. One issue I noticed (other than the sprites in the forest) is if you fail the Mom's first passion mini-game you get an error "Failed to load: img/pictures/3MomBath2.png". The others don't have an issue.

Nevermind i'm an idiot
After you get the pendant if you return to the area alone you can find the sprites of your mother(left of pendants location) and the goo-girl(behind tree on right) they cannot be interacted with but are there. Then when you return to the exit your mother is standing at the entrance and can be walked through as you leave not game breaking or anything just found it while I was roaming , :D
I tested that myself and thought I had fixed it haha. It's good now! Hopefully a few extra Mom's and a Goo Girl are okay until 0.3 ;)
Great game so far, love the artwork aswell!, don't know if this is supposed to be but after the pendant quest and you return to the forest area there are three silhouettes ( 2 of mom and the Goo Girl ) standing still, you can walk through them and you can't interact with them. also will the MC have a sister character if future builds for some more "family fun" :) ? anyway keep up the good work!
Fixed for 0.3! Also the sister character, I'd like to include one eventually. It'll just be tricky b/c of finished dialogue already in the game and I want to make sure she doesn't feel like a later add-on
I saved it and closed it cause i had to go, but when I restarted the game it didn't have the save anymore so i lost all my progress. So i think your saving mechanism is bugged.
Do you remember where you saved your game at? And do you remember if there was a successful save sound when you did it? There was a nasty save glitch that I figured out the cause of but I may have forgotten about a specific event that can still cause it.
Thanks for your work. Really enjoyed playing the game so far. Just a small optical thing maybe. Moms hairstyle sometimes changes back to her "old" hairstyle after you talked to her about wearing her hair open.
That's intended to be a temporary thing since she puts her hair back up. Once she changes costumes (I believe one day after you talk to her about that) you should see her hair down permanently. It's possible I may have put the wrong bust during a random piece of dialogue but I don't think that was the case? I'm glad your enjoying as well! Thank you!
