How to Homebrew on the Candela Obscura fan-made character sheet (v0.4)

It's been requested that I allow for homebrew content in the sheet. Well, I did! There's no UI for it yet, but here's how to do it:

Download a local copy of the site. Extract to a folder on your computer.

Open candelaScripts.js in your favorite text editor

Make any changes to Roles in the window.defaultroles section at the top.  This section is in JSON format. Formatting it correctly is very  important, so if you are adding a new role, you may want to copy and  paste one of the existing ones.  Try to use the same general template. I'm not sure if, for example,  having a role with more or less than 3 types of gear will cause issues.  (It shouldn't, but I make mistakes)

Do the same for any specialties you wish to add/change. NOTE: the  'parentrole' property must EXACTLY match the 'keyword' property of the  role that you want to attach it to. THIS IS ALL CASE-SENSITIVE.

When you're done, Save and Close the file. Don't mess with anything  else. There's another 800 lines of code in there and if you break your  copy, I'm not helping ;)

Now, open the index.htm file in your browser. Note: if you have web hosting, you can host the page online for your  friends too. All I ask is you leave the Patreon link alone so people can  see who I am. :)
