Kizna Towryk from Candidate for Goddess, a forgotten early 2000s anime. Note that while she was a little younger in the show, I've made some changes and she is definitely 18 here.

Kizna has been on my to-do list for a while. Since I'm between commissions, I thought I'd finally build her. I'm really happy with the result.
