I can add a system where everytime she fucks other, loves for you decreases by 1 and if it reaches 0 it's game over. So you have to check her love for you, raising it with dates, gifts and items.

Probably my fav thing about your content in general is how much it delves into NTR and bisexual encouragment territories without all the degradation/shame baggage that usually comes with it. Tension can be good, plenty of good games have it. I don't think we need it in every game all the time though, it's better to be you even if that's different. If you do add something like that, I would suggest adding it as like a difficulty setting and not as a core feature. Your games have always had a kind of silly tone and I would hate to lose that in the pursuit of being more generic.
Maybe disposition of mean/cruel/demanding vs wholesome/cute/secure instead of a game over? I usually don’t like "waning love" mechanics in ntr games myself, feels more like an insecurity than a fetish And mechanically it feels like "lose to win" games where all the content is in gameover states
