Apply the FL26 1.4 Compatibility Add-On (in attachments)

Hello there and thanks for your work.I have fl26 1.4 installed. Do i need the steam game? And if yes, how can i install the fl26 over pes 21 ? I am a bit confused ... Also, if i install uml on fl26 with your instructions, mlmyteam and ml manager mod is working? Thank you very much.
Hi Ilias, if you have FL26 then you don't need the steam version of the game. UML includes our own ML manager mod which you need to use since it's connected to the database.
Hi UML team, after installing UML V1 + Hotfix + FL 1.4 Compatibility, when I play home matches with Liverpool at Anfield, the game suffers of stuttering and lags. This only happens when I play at Anfield stadium (I tried others teams/stadiums and everuthing is good). Any help? Thank you in advance and keep up the good job
Hi Ivan, I would advise trying a different Anfield stadium.
Hi UML team I installed a fresh football life ,uml and compatible mod,I’m able to play exhibition matches fine But when I start a master league with Celtic ,the game is stuck on the loading screen of the first league match ,any ideas on a fix ? Any help would be appreciated 🙌
Hi there, did anything you anything else aside from FL+UML? If you did, make sure it's fully compatible, otherwise it can clash with your current setup. Also make sure to check the install instructions included in the update
I am sorry if this is a common occurance that I don't know a solution for, but whenever the first replay happens in a 2 player game, it doesn't show the player markers anymore, and the score, and the minutes, and it just says "Replay" in the top corner. Is there a fix for this? Sorry for bothering

Hi! I added a new gameplay mod that require changing the DT file and adding a sider folder. I also edited many players rating in the top 5 league + the youth team, even changed position for some players. But I didn't transfer in or out any player. I managed to play a whole season of new master league without a problem. Then, I start a new save, the game keep crashing in the master league menu during the transfer window. Just wondering if I screwed up? I deleted the gameplay mod and replaced with original DT file, I also replaced the Edit file to the original UML file but it still crashes. I am doing fresh installation of everything (FL26 + UML) to see if that could fix the issue.
Hi there, gameplay mod won't cause the issues as long as the starting year is set to 2025. It's hard to tell what went wrong with your save file without the full picture but if the crash keeps happening and it isn't due to some additional mod, then it's highly likely that it isn't recoverable
Can someone help me the face packs from Football Life and UML do not work together with me. I only have one of them active. But I installed everything as I wanted. Is there a trick?
I think most faces are compatible, but that's not the case for some teams. I've gone to the trouble of adjusting the IDs for the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga. I've adjusted over 200 faces in total. Hi , I have a question , does UML 26 standalone version for base clean pes 21 use the same exactly IDs from fl26 version ? If I put the faces from fl26 in the base game from steam will it work correctly?
Hi Marcelo, the IDs from UML are not identical to FL26. You can check the player IDs in the excel list included in the v1 folder

Can i change the gameplay? How?
Gameplay mods come with exe/dt files. So just apply the file that is included in the gameplay mod of your choice
I can't play any matches of any kind. Master League or otherwise. Game gets stuck on the loading screen forever just cycling through tips. I also can't post this on your discord because I'm unable to verify my phone. Previously no issue playing FL26. Any help would be appreciated.
1. Make a clean instalation of FL v1.3/v1.4 2. Install UML 2026 v1 + hotfix 3. Install v1.4 compatibility if you installed FL v1.4 (Follow the included instructions for each update)
Removing everyone's first name is super lame, just FYI. Is there any functional reason for having done that?? I much prefer players have their full names.
We didn't remove the full names as we never had it set as full names. PES 2021 originally has that name format and we kept it because it's more clear and easy on the eye. If you want the full names you'll have to switch back to FL database.

Hi, you should check the install instructions for each update. You need to apply the edit file that comes with UML

The tv broadcast isnt showing up on matches . Like sky sports or nbc its just blank ? Any ideas.
You need to open the sider console and select the broadcast server
I copied the edit file and pasted it in save folder and all tactics and formations are working .
So I have 1.4 installed. Have installed UML, UML fix and compatibility file. I have moved the edit file in to the save folder within the Konami.../2026/save folder. No matter what I do, the tactics won't load. Players all seem updated but just listed in order of position. Should the edit file be somewhere else also?
Edit file goes only into save folder. It has to be the edit file from UML v1

Save folder in documents. You need to check the install instructions, otherwise you might gonna have more errors

Melb victory kits are white for me. I used fresh install of both so football life and uml as per instruction. Can see their kits in kit server but not in game ?
You're right the ID in the kitserver map is wrong, it will be fixed. For a quick fix you can go to kitserver and open the map file, in there find Melbourne Victory and change the ID from 4167 to 69703
UML, when is the v2 update or a minor player update planned? In Schalke 04, for example, there is a player like Mika Wallentowitz who has already played 60% of the minutes in the first team this season and has been playing regularly in the starting lineup for several games, but he is not in the game. Paul Pöpperl and Ayman Gulasi have also already made appearances in the first team. In addition, teams such as SSV Jahn Regensburg have only 14 players, i.e. the starting eleven and 3 substitutes, and FC Saarbrücken has 16 players, which is very few.
v2 will first have early access before the full update. It's too early to predict the dates as we're adding new leagues now which is very time consuming but the info will be posted soon as we know more. The youth team players that have regular performances in the first team will get added. As for Jahn Regensburg and Saarbrücken, these are just filler teams from 3rd division and can be replaced at any point so I have to pick my priorities. If all this wasn't done fully manually then I would have no problem importing generic data for all those teams and fill up the rosters in seconds.
Hi, I have a problem with UML, all the trainers are DUMMY, I use the VRED 9.4 version, I also tried putting the original saider command, consequently deleting all the extra mods installed, but nothing to do, the problem persists.
Hi Michele, this would be due to UML manager mod not loading. Check if you added the folder and have it activated in sider.ini

You can add it to any version yes
At the start of the Bundesliga 2 match, music from France's Ligue 2 is still playing instead of Bundesliga music in Master League.

Hey there, you do need the steam version of the game. If you don't have it you can switch to Football Life which provides the free modded version of the game
I did the update before seeing your message about the edit folder. I then seen a comment below where you sent the UML edit which i downloaded but it still does not seem to be the UML 2026 background but the FL26 background. And French 1 & 2 teams are back where Bundesliga 1 & 2 once were but still with Bundesliga logos. Before I uninstall and start from scratch is there something I am missing?
You probably made a full install of FL 1.4 which then overwrote the UML files. So you would need to install UML v1 again along with the fix and the compability add-on
After 1.4 update ball weight seams decrease... previous ball physics was very good.
You will have to give feedback to Football Life in case you're unsatisfied with the gameplay changes.

Hi Phillipe, can you please let us know what mistakes are you exactly talking about? To replace kits ingame you need to add the files in kitserver and UML_kits folder

These are not fixes but just files adjusted to have full compatibility with FL 1.4. The path of Colombian leagues scoreboards is updated
