The latest patch (March 17) has reportedly made free custom content unusable. Only mods from the Marketplace are visible. They said they're looking for a fix, so I would advise you to wait for their fix.

I am also having issues with only newcrest right now I actually did not check brindleton bay yet
looks like brindleton bay is not working also for me either.
I'm having problems with all the map replacement they've stopped working
If the maps aren't working, try deleting them and downloading them again. That worked for me.
I have one problem: After updating The Sims 4 1.122.212.1230 (Mac), some world map replacement data stopped working: 1. Newcrest 2. Brindleton Bay 3. Sulani 4. Britechester 5. Mt. Komorebi And also after updating the San Myshuno map, the location of two sections is not displayed correctly! I’ll be looking forward to the correction and release of new WORLD ICON REPLACEMENT!! I am very grateful for your work, thank you, love you!!!! 🩵
Yes, most of them needed updating. Currently working on them right now 👷♂️
