I think you should no longer put expected release dates just let your members know you'll do periodic monthly release with no set dates of the releasing title. Seems people aren't as patient and don't understand your passion for wanting to release your games in a near perfect state of release which of course takes time. I do agree with others that your billing cycle should reflect more accurately as well.

You need to change the subscription date, just like other artists do; for example, if the subscription starts on the 6th of the month, it should end on the 6th, not the 30th or 31st.
