Renault 5 Turbo R (1981) v1.9
Our Racing Simulator
I had some spare time today and decided to do another pass on the lights. Please let me know if they look better than last version.
I revised the 3d, UV mapping, shaders, textures and CSP code. But really, the lights I hope look better and now there is more realistic light refractions for all interior lights and license plate lights.
I also changed the CSP code for the Pearl paintwork so it looks a bit better, and tweaked the metal CSP shaders somewhat.
All in all nothing special. Feel free to download if you want, and please uninstall the previous version.

hi dan, first of all I would like to thank you for sharing and realizing your projects completely free of charge.. this does you honor! I personally tried them all and ran on each one for hundreds of hours, examining the smallest details. so congratulations! I would like to ask you a question, I am dabbling in the world of creating liveries and I would like to know from you how to create a pearly/metallic paint. is it difficult? Does it exist or could you do a tutorial? I love you..
Thank you for your kind words 🙏, I'm happy you like them. I hope to make them better, of course. I have plans to improve and add mote details. Of course. If you want to make other cars pearly/metallic, please look in the folder of the mod, in the folder "extension" there is a file called "ext_config". Open it and search for heading ///Materials///. You will see there is a Pearl and a Metallic section. Under the line "Skins" if you add any other folder name, from the "skins" folder to those lines (including new ones you create), those skins/colours will also be Pearl or Metallic in-game. I'm sure I could explain it better, but honestly, have a play and I'm sure it will make sense. 🙂 Feel free to ask more questions if you get stuck.
