Ahh I'd heard the word before but was told it meant ghost or demon. Which now that I think about it is Jinn I believe. And I'm pretty disappointed in myself not catching the Gundam reference.... Iv brought great dishonor to my family😓

Juon is roughly translated as a curse or grudge and would translate into "the curse of a war of revenge". The saying is a play on "Sieg Jion" from Mobile Suit Gundam .
