Where the hell is BPRE Awbari Book X
We are now on the fourth proof from our printer. If you are new here, this is unprecedented. We sometimes need 2x proofs to get the color dialed but in this case, it's not even us. The printer KDP is using is sending books way below their usual quality with totally washed out colors and the wrong cover finish. We've been in communication with their management and hopefully will have this sorted shortly.

At some point, yes. We got the following message yesterday. "Hello, I wanted to let you know that we're still working with our Technical Team to resolve your issue. It's taking longer than usual to resolve this, and I'm very sorry about the delay. We'll reach out to you again with another update as soon as possible. Thanks for your continued patience. Any updates on this?
Thanks for keeping us updated. Hanging out for book X in hardcopy so I can finally read book IX too. I have it but since X was well underway I have waited so I could plough through back to back.
It'll be worth the wait.
