Ohhh fucking great questions! 1) Grandma isnt raven-haired, so the biggest difference from other colors would be her saying i told ya so to her daughter lmao. Hilariously, thanks to my worldbuilding and the like, i realized that its kind of hard and that my own novice ability at the start of this muddled shit haha. I'm hispanic, and mostly surrounded by white, black, and in between, which shows in my beginning work. Honestly it feels kinda icky that this happened when the world has now become so diverse and original :') If i was doing a tv show for KaE, I would take into account the worldbuilding made. For instance, Trevalyn would have had much mixing in the hundreds of years since the empire became friendly with the Jelaythans. So you could see White, Black, and Asian mixed in there. Trevalyn being Spain inspired, with Jelaytha making it more like Al-Andalus, you could tots make Nysthe Trevalyn Hispanic, Afro-Latina, Wasian, or Blasian. The Ancient Beltheans themselves are more Ancient China inspired, and with they themselves having been conquered and intermingled with back in their homeland with the Da QIn, you see the wide variety of distinct skin tones, facial features, and more of what you see the current Chinese Han race, which is mostly how I now envision the Belthean people originally, though now they intermingled with the Narethians who are more European-white. So you could tots get any asian, wasian, or white race actor to play any of the Beltheans and not be what others could say a "diversity hire". The Argentian's and the western general region, are still more traditionally "white", and the forest and mountain tribes around the kingdom are home to the more pale folk thatre reminiscent of the Celts in Britannia, Gaul, and Germania (like the Cimbrians). When creating those tribes i was more taking from the Roman accounts of the tribes around them like the Cimbri people who invaded Italy during Marius' time and needed to create what would be known as the first legionnaires to combat them. So while i combine historicity, i also like to combine the more outlandish shit because this is a fantasy, not historical fantasy! So which is why those tribes are more super white with what is known to be traditional scando and celtic features like freckles, green/blue eyes and blond/red hair. Anyways, my point is that Nareth is now a hella complex and diverse continent where their faces, alongside even their skin tones, are now hard for me to really face claim now haha. Plus i dont really watch alot of tv shows or movies anymore as i focus on KaE so its hard for me to do so. How about in the next AMA you ask again and i might have a better answer for you then!!!!

For Veriel, the MC is something that resembles more of an ideal. The MC is in a level above, always out of reach, always something to work towards. The MC feels somehow more than others and that both frustrates and excites Veriel. If in a romance with MC, if female, Veriel will always be trying to impress her and get her attention. You may even have to tell him to stop because he'll keep doing stupid shit, but he'll keep doing it because YOU WERE WORRIED FOR HIM LMAO. If MaleMC, he wants to be your best friend, a close partner in crime. Until he realizes he has feelings for you. Then he gets his head in a wrap as he didnt know he was bi. But again, he has that problematic issue of comparing himself to you, in both flaws and strengths as you both suffered through tragedy but here's MC being MC. In a tragic sense, he doesnt see MC as an actual person, sort of the same way a boy or girl in love will idealize their crush. But with you its taken further because of the circumstances. As for Uriel and Adelina, they honestly didnt think the MC was that special as the MC skewed the shit outta their expectations with children as MC didnt really disrupt their lives to the same extent a normal baby would. WHich...is hilarious and will make for some funny moments when your parents finally have Aure and the others, and talk with their friends, theyll be flabbergasted to know just how "behind" (in actuality how ahead the mc is) all the other children are in comparison to the MC

"Is the rewrite being worked on as the same time as the Silverhill arc from the old demo?" it is being worked on the same time (70k words now), but the more i rewrite and see the more coherent and grounded storytelling of the rewrite, the more the current silverhill arc sucks for me. So im currently flipflopping between releasing it and giving a subpar update that wouldnt reflect the actual growth ive shown as an author and prob disappoint people thatve waited for something spectacular for taking so long/ or doing the rewrite and moving quickly to catch up to silverhill and release the shitty version alongside the rewrite publicly. "If that isn't the case, do you have any time estimation on how long time it'll take to get caught back up?" If i dont forget to take my USB with me again lmao, i am guessing we'd still have 4 months left, though thats a safe bet. Im taking about 50 hours a week for KaE and have been for the last 3 weeks (i was getting hit with health issues before then). In that time ive finished up the pacifist route, gave you guys the alpha, and introduced many new features and coding that you see now in the alpha.
