1983 March 83G v1.00 Release!

Introducing 1983's North American endurance racing champion! The March 83G would win 50% of the races it entered on the way as it cemented not just the championship, but its place as one of the greatest endurace racecars. Who designed such an incredible racecar? A young Adrian Newey! This was his first championship design.... and far from his last.

The March 83G GTP class prototype produced 620HP from its 5.7L V8 engine to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transaxle. The slick aerodynamic design and powerful engine allowed the March 83G to reach a top speed of 215 MPH (346 KPH). The racecar features a lightweight (825kg) yet highly rigid aluminum honeycomb monocoque chassis draped in carbon fiber and Kevlar bodywork. Downforce is provided by both an aggressive and innovative ground effect floor and the March 83G's huge rear wing.

Features:
1. Authentic & incredible 5.7L V8 engine sounds, easily the best sounds we've ever produced for Assetto Corsa.
2. Fully animated pedals & feet (throttle, brake, & clutch).
3. Fully animated shifting (hand & shifter).
4. Animated doors.
5. Physical tire model (upgrade from AC's default single contact point).
6. RainFX support & working wiper.
7. Fully simulated brake temps & fade.
8. Engine & transmission damage simulation.
9. Advanced fuel simulation.
10. Detailed setup options.
11. Five historically "accurate" paint schemes: $00, #12, #25, #84, & #88.

So we do a mix of projects. There are plenty of projects we can't get the licenses for or they aren't defunct brands. Those projects end up as free releases after 2-3 years of early access for members. Members pay for early access, not the mod itself (as it will eventually be free). On the other hand, we will release defunct brands (or occasionally licensed projects) directly for sale.
