1906 Renault AK GP v1.20 Update!

This update is exclusively for HSS members. Once we've released the 1906 Itala updates and gathered feedback on all the 1906 cars, I'll make any final adjustments before pushing the update out to SimVendor and OverTake.

Changelog:

1. New UV Map and better wood texture for steering wheel.

2. Removed handbrake torque, as handbrakes do not have temp curve in AC and thus get used unfairly. Overall new max brake torque (only to rear wheels) is 480nm.

3. Revised brake cooling and heating physics code.

4. New brake temp performance curve.

5. Improved AI performance.

6. Increased clutch strength from 300nm to 550nm.

7. Increased transmission intertia from 0.03 to 0.055.

8. Increased valid shift window from 200RPM to 450RPM window.

9. Increased gearbox shift time from 410ms to 830ms.

10. Minor increase to suspension travel range before hitting bumpstops.

11. Increased idle throttle from 3% to 6%.

12. Increased engine inertia from 1 to 2.

13. Reduced mechanical efficiency from 0.87 to 0.80.

14. Increased thermal efficiency from 0.1 to 0.14.

15. Increased idle RPM to 275RPM.

16. Increased carburator response time from 0.1 to 0.36 seconds.

17. Revised V1900s tire model.

18. Minor revision to tire wear curve.

19. New tire temp curve.

20. Reduced leaf spring lateral stiffness to promote lateral axle wander. This is to match the "live axle shimmy" that period drivers had to contend with.

21. Added 1.9 gear ratio option and made default.

22. Minor reduction in CD.

23. Decreased drivetrain effeciency from 18.3% to 20.6%.

24. Increased RPM damage amount from 0.1 to 0.5.

25. Reduced RPM damage threshold from 1375 to 1350.

26. New throttle curve, mimicking the play in a mechanical throttle linkage.

27. Reduced car weight from 1000kg to 990kg based on historical book reference.

28. Removed open diff, is now a 100% locked diff.

29. Slight increase to clutch & transmission torque limit for damage.
