Mind-blowing, isn't it? Did you notice how the Chinese magician who pretends to be crippled is a clue to the kind of full-time deception the Borden brothers are engaging in? Or how the trick in which one bird is killed and another produced in its place foreshadows what Angier would later do with the Tesla device? There are so many little things that one might not notice even on a second or third viewing: I love, for example, the moment when Sarah tells her husband (actually his twin) "you're not yourself." And it took me a few viewings to realize that the very early scene in which Angier says that he is using an assumed name and background in order not to embarrass his family is preparing us for the revelation that he is actually Lord Cordlow.

Loved the reaction guys, you caught on to things even I didn't realize after 3+ watches. Can't believe I never considered which knot was tied was unknown because the brothers were switching well before the transported man trick. Shoshana for the win!
