Pacific Rim

i've watched a lot of reactor channels and have never seen anyone suggest this movie. i second this. it's a really good movie. my first time hearing the idea of taking a well known comic with a dark back story and generating a horror atmosphere was todd mcfarlane talking about the spawn reboot over a decade ago. now dc is bringing that energy to clayface. i think where new mutants lost it's appeal to mainstream movie goers was they didn't lean into the horror enough. hopefully the mcu will address that.
