House of the Dragon (Season 1 - Episode 1)

I never forgave Viserys for what happened to his wife

Did he really say could they do a c section safe lol

You will love this season so much, excited to see the reactions!

Viserys is an all time performance/character

Vince absolutely nailed it! The Targaryen family has members who have visions in dreams! Despite having some crazy and fun theories for the future sometimes, y’all are insanely smart and in tune with what’s happening in what you’re watching. Amazing reactions as always! Can’t wait for you to see what’s yet to come for this amazing show! 🔥🔥🔥

My high take is that daemon looks like charlie from lost with a wig and more pale lmaoooo

The Targaryen score at the end 😩🤌🏽 King Viserys talking about the North then the transition to Rickon Stark was clever and hype asf

You guys gonna watch legend of Korra? They have a new series coming out soon. It would be a shame to start avatar but not continue the journey..

I was going to say that the Iron Throne in the books is about 15 feet tall and has hundreds of swords. So this is slightly more accurate than the original show

I just noticed fucking Gwayne that’s so funny

Praise the lord finally 😮‍💨

1:12:00 Vince I highly recommend you check out The House the Dragons Built. It's an official HBO produced behind the cams our on the show. It's on HBO itself and I believe maybe also YouTube. It's specific to each episode. So episode 1 shows the making of episode 1. Don't have to worry about spoilers in it as a result. It was designed for after each episode. They used tons of physical sets. They actually built out a massive Red Keep set that connected the rooms that were seperate sets in Game of Thrones so they could naturally film characters walking from halls to set rooms etc. There is definitely CGI but most of that budget went to the dragons. You'll see the insane amount of practical effects in the behind the scenes of the show, they go into a lot of detail.

LFGGGGG

btw THATS NOT THE NIGHT’S WATCH. The Nights watch is at the wall far in the north past winterfell, this is the CITY WATCH of King’s Landing. Completely different group and purpose. nights watch is to defend the wall from wildlings and white walkers. City watch is to protect King’s Landing sort of like the police. They’re called the “gold cloaks” or city watch. 🔥🔥🔥

So going for the horse in a joust, it’s technically not a foul or anything, but it’s considered very dishonorable and people don’t like it when someone wins that way

Such a strong episode 1, lots of ups and downs to come just experience the ride and enjoy

If you guys are interested in learning about the sets/behind the scenes look, there’s an after show called “the house that dragons built”. They go over the direction of each episode in HOTD.

I fucking love you guys. LETS GOOO

HYPE HYPE HYPE. THANK YOU! Also yes, I dont think its spoilers to say Targyrans have things called dragon dreams. So some of them have prophetic abilities.

🔥

Also, during the first season of this show there are a bunch of time jumps but if you pay attention at the start of the episode it will say something about how long it’s been

Would've been happy with either this or Legend of Korra. Hell yeah.
