Jack and Sawyer, Walt and Shannon and Jim and Sun all great moments 😢 Love all the character development. Can't wait it see how this season pans out.

This is the finale btw. They would air all 3 episodes together, it used to be a whole event. (cough* yall should do pt 2&3 together). ALSO.. you missed like 5 seconds at the end after it fades to black.

The airport scene with Shannon and Sayid hits home because sometimes when I fly similar instances like that occur. Used to happen more often back in the 2000’s for obvious reasons, but im Indian and it happens all the time

I just gotta say that this episode is so good with the music, and everyone saying goodbye to those who are leaving on the raft. I love that Danielle Rousseau showed up, she’s definitely a favorite of mine among many others on the show. But with all the people who arrived via the plane crash she doesn’t need to be out there by herself especially since she’d been there alone for 16 years. Then there is that moment between Sawyer and Jack which I was finally glad that he told him about his father because that shows some character development from Sawyer and it’ll help Jack heal I think. Same with what Walt did for Shannon, not only did he probably realize Shannon could use Vincent after her brother died but also knew it wasn’t safe for the dog to be on the raft. Of course then there is my favorite moment personally between Sun and Jin…that scene makes me tear up every time because you know for sure Jin treated Sun badly but in my opinion he was definitely the product of his environment, he loved her so much that he was willing to do anything to stay with her which meant working for her father and doing shady things, and that doesn’t excuse what he did and how he treated her, unfortunately he just doesn’t come from money, and wasn’t as powerful as Sun’s father. However I do believe that if he had just talked with Sun about everything she would have tried to find a way for them to escape, I mean that’s what she was trying to do for herself at the airport but she decided to stay with him. From this point on is where it became clear to me I was like “Okay, Sun and Jin are going to be my favorite couple” because the growth they’ve had separately, and to come back together before Jin left on the raft they apologize, still admit they love each other. It’s clear how much they don’t want to be apart from each other, they both just have a lot of guilt over what they’ve done in the past. But I’m so excited to see you both finish this season, even more excited for you to start the next season!! 😊

Man, this is a great season 1. I really love the scene at the end of this episode when they take off on the boat. Feels very cinematic, especially with the music. They did it so well. Also really love the moment with Sawyer and Jack and him telling him about his father. Great moment. Yeah, the character development on this show is so good. Like I've said before, I really love this show especially for its character writing and the cast. Anyway, as others have said, two more episodes to go! I guess on whatever streaming service you're on it says 24, but there are 25. Looking forward to seeing the next one tomorrow, and maybe the last one too? xD Thanks for watching this show, it's really been helping me through some rough weeks to get to sit down and watch this with you two.

I’ve seen this show so many times but it’s been a few years. It amazes me that I still cry my eyes out over scenes like Jin and Sun saying goodbye, and the raft taking off. The music is part of it, it’s perfect to evoke emotions but I forget sometimes just how good this show is.

Sawyer and Jack’s little moment is so good. Jack looking away because he’s so overwhelmed with emotion and doesn’t want Sawyer to see him cry, but eventually he just can’t hold it in. That was some freaking good acting.

Fun fact. Sawyer, Jin and Michael are lifelong best friends in real life after meeting on the show. To this day.

absolute banger. the scene between sawyer and jack is so peak and the ost "parting words" during the last few scenes is top 5 for me
