Blade

You're thinking of Ryan Coogler and he didn't produce Sinners and the Black Panther films, he was the director lol.

Omg I can’t fucken wait for blade 2 I been fucken. Waiting for couple years now 😂😂

So there's a story behind the 'low budget' aspect of this film, and a very important one. This film was produced as a 'saving grace' last effort of a then 'dying' Marvel Comics with high hopes who were on the verge of bankruptcy, comic sales were low, Marvel resorted to selling off the rights to characters and groups of characters to other companies to stay afloat (That's how we got Fox's X-men who owned those rights and Toby McQuires Spiderman outside of Marvel ownership and production).. And Blade was filmed with hopes of bringing in income. When it hit box office, it outperformed its expectations, and brought in $$ millions from viewership and ticket sales, saving Marvel from going bankrupt, and paving the way and opening the door to create the MCU after. Without Blade, and without its income upon release, there would be no MCU, and Marvel would have collapsed and ended.

The movie that saved the Marvel going forward. Still a good classic.

"Some mu'fuckas try to ice skate up hill!"

U need yo ass whopped look nothing like Janet lol wat

This movie was fun, it wasnt the greatest marvel movie but the second one is definitely a lot better in my opinion. I am yet to catch your ghost rider reaction, wasnt aware you had watched that. I'll be watching that next!

You can’t really have a young blade. He ages very slowly.

This was hot when it came out old school movies are dope 👌🏽

Blade is a half vampire half human. All of the vampire strengths but none of there weaknesses. Wesley snipes who played Blade is a martial artists in real life. He repordly has a 5th degree black belt in shotokan karate A 2nd degree black belt in hapkido Repordly a 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo He also trained in Kung fu, capoeira, arnis/eskrima, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and kickboxing. The serum he takes is to make blade not want human blood.

For 1998 it was decent effects. The corn is very 90s. The Blade remake has been in development hell.

There isn't any plans to have a new Blade in the MCU anymore since it fell through. There's a rumor that Wesley Snipes will actually reprise his role as Blade. "There's only ever gonna be one Blade"

i think the blade reboot has just been getting pushed just because of time.. idk how’ll they explain vampires in the mcu currently but it’ll make more sense once we get the x-men with mutants & etc

y’all lowkey getting ready for secret wars without realizing it 😂🔥 1st marvel movie also, people just count spider-man since it’s more popular but real ones know.. glad y’all was finally able to witness this

BRO SAID JANET JACKSON...just kidding, great reaction

Yall need to watch Triple X Its a "good" action/spy movie

I won't argue anyone saying today MCU is better . Only because if you saw it first . They had like 10 years to develop characters. These movies only had one movie to tell the story an develop character . 90s action is choreographed. John which is a more modern way to show action. But all 90s fights were like that. Y'all had fun that all we want . It was a good time .

The first words of the closed captions for this video: “Laid! Laid finally!” 😂😂😂

People say Blade 2 is better than one. I think the Frost and Blade mother storyline is good an the whistler relationship is also good. FROST was a good villain. Best of the franchise.

The Thor love and thunder type of wave Disney was on . They wanted Blade to be woke I guess . They announced movie with no actual plan for movie .

They say they wanted Blade to be a forth lead character. They wanted it to be female focused . Basically not really be about blade. They wanted Blade to be more than just taking out vampires . The actor has walked away from project. Disney has pulled the film all together.

Korean and Japanese has words that are pronounce like the n-word but mean something different, that what u was hearing in the club song

Where it all started for Marvel! “There’s only ever gonna be one blade!” 👀

Oooh shiit lmao clicked so fast

NO WAYYYY!!💪🏼

The Blade series is so good! Fingers crossed that ya'll get to all of them eventually!

“Walmart Kurt Russel”😂 dont dig on Kris Kristofferson like that he’s a music legend. He’s also a great actor as well. Rest in Peace

Funny story Donal Logue who plays Quinn accidentally got his jaw dislocated when Wesley Snipes punches him in the hospital scene. He went to the emergency room covered in the full burn makeup, freaking out the ER staff when he walked in all calm. They didnt believe him when he said he was shooting movie.

You two are making my day! Keep them movie bangers coming 🔥🔥🔥

Blade 2 is awesome. Blade 3 is so bad it becomes hilarious so skip that one.

Yeah the Blade reboot is cancelled. No plans to move forward with anything.

Wesley snipes portrayal was so popular they actually changed the characters design in the comics in order to match the film.

Wow 😲😍 incredible pick, thank you 😎

Speaking of cameos there was supposed to be a Morbius cameo at the end of the film but they ended up cutting it.

I love blade and happy they are watching it. But what happened to Rocky 2?

Btw, that first club music scene is so classic The game Marvel Rivals brought it back for Blade's ult 🤣

🔥 get your snacks ready 🍿 🍷.

YES!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Oh thats a surprise the first badass black hero most of us saw for me was Spawn but Blade is a close second

The beginning scene is so iconic still 😂🔥

So excited🔥 never seen this but I love the early 2000’s Marvel

Been waiting a while for this one! Blade 2 is excellent as well. Older vampires like Quinn and Frost dont die as easily as newer ones. Thus why it's harder to kill them. Kris Kristofferso (whistler) is a very famous musician and actor that goes wayyyyyy back.

Y’all posted my movie. lol but for real blade is so OP. They need to get the reboot done.

Next is Blade 2

LETS GOOOO🩸

Okei this is good.🔥🔥
