No zuko and katara should not be together or kiss… it never made sense. People are just short minded
The lion turtle got hinted at a time or two earlier in the series, but it's so off hand it's not really memorable. The reveal of what the island really was, and that voice, was just epic. Wish you guys had watched the finale as the movie it was originally presented as, but it's a fun ride either way!

Too much lost 🤣 but anyways this episode is so underrated and i love them introducing something as mystical as the lion turtle this late but thats how this show works and in part what makes it so great. Some people think that because its a deus ex macchina that its bad but i dont believe that at all, deus ex macchinas are plot devices and most arent inherently good or bad. This one works because it almost rewards aang as if it knew he wouldnt drop his convictions, plus its just a sick mystical being. Too bad the sequel ruined all that with contradictive re-explanations and additions it added to the lore.
The lion turtle is the thing sokka brushed off, That thing aang was reading in the Library in the desert while Sokka was stealing information on the fire nation
the new ATLA movie is trash smh YES hes THROWING houses, indeed. ITS A GOOD FEEL GOOD for an hour then TRASH for the 40 mins on

where def getting a kiss at the end with zuko and katara.... my tv would have gotten a remote in it n i never watc the show again 100% without a doubt

So glad you guys watched this show. Would be sweet to see reactions to Legend of Korra. It’s definitely more grown up and brutal, and there’s some peaks that I think are higher than avatar!
You can legit learn a lot from Iroh. I’m glad zuko has somebody like him, it’s very rare.
