hey guys by the way, Irohs son was not named Mako, his name was Lu Ten. I understand the confusion since after The take of Iroh when he sings leaves from the vine it says “in honor of Mako”, but Mako is actually the name of Uncle’s voice actor who sadly passed away during the show.

I think Zuko’s mom made a plan to kill the Fire Lord Azulon (Iroh and Ozai’s father) to protect Zuko from being killed, and also to make Ozai the new Fire Lord. Azulon was gonna kill Zuko to punish Ozai for asking Azulon to make him heir and pass over Iroh when Iroh’s son had just died in battle.

Guys I have seen this show several times and I am just now realizing that Fire Lord Ozai is being voiced by Mark Hamill. AKA Luke Skywalker himself. He's also famously the voice of The Joker in many, many animated Batman shows and movies. The man is a tremendous voice actor.

I love Zuko's character development so much. It's the best. My favorite character, no question. So I went and looked at the episode list; seeing as you guys do 4 episodes a week, by the time you get to the finale, the finale has 4 parts. and if you do 4 that time, the very last one will be pushed to the week after. I really hope you guys decide to watch all four back to back. Not just for us, but for you. Anyway, just wanted to mention that!

Zuko’s mom poisoned ozia’s dad so ozia can become firelord and save zuko’s life and for that she was banished to keep the secret becuz only her and ozia knows about it

Zuko is so relatable and one of the best characters arcs he’s just trying his best in tough situations and he deeply cares he’s just very conflicted and angry.

Ozai was implying that she killed Azulan (Ozai’s father) who was demanding Zuko’s life which in turn allowed Ozai to take power during Iroh’s absence.

We as the audience never got to see if Zuko could redirect lightning because he never really got a chance to see him do it (Iroh was like you’re crazy I’m not gonna lightning bend at you) so honestly it was just do or die at the moment lol

One of the best character arcs in history I’m so freaking proud of zuko 💯❤️‼️

Zuko still has some of the best character development of any show I've seen. This is part of why i love this show so much
