Gran Torino

Clint Eastwood directed and produced this film. He also did the music.

His confession to the father seemed too little, like that wasn't his whole confession. When he locked Thao in his basement, the black cage looked a lot like the screen between him and the father in church, so him unloading what he did in war to Thao was the rest of his confession. And I feel like he already knew he was dying so sacrificing himself for thy neighbor was almost saint like.

10/10 movie. This movie is so beautiful, thank you for finally giving us this reaction🔥

Back to back bangers

You are in for a ride with films directed by Clint Eastwood! Cannot wait for you to dive more into his directorial works. I especially recommend the 2 films he won Best Director Oscars for (UNFORGIVEN (1992) and MILLION DOLLAR BABY (2004), both of which also won Best Picture) and also LETTERS FROM IWO JIMA (2006) (the film's dialogues are almost entirely in Japanese), BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY (1995) and also many others. FUN FACT: Morgan Freeman is in both UNFORGIVEN and MILLION DOLLAR BABY. It was recently announced that he retired at age 96 (his last movie as a director was JUROR #2 (2024) which he made at age 94 and is solid too).

This is the best way to spend my midnight 🔥🔥🔥

Oh such a good movie🔥🔥
