Man yall need to watch Dexter original sin. I believe you was suppose to watch that one before this one. But either way yall will like all of them being young and how they do a good job making the characters that play the original cast

Vince really did have a great idea... as far as Harrison being a serial killer like his dad. Like imagine Dexter having Harrison on his table telling him he doesn't appreciate copy cat killers. Harrison explaining he is only trying to copy his dad. Then Dexter realizing it's Harrison right then... cutting the plastic off releasing Harrison for them to embrace.
im hella late, but i thought of when dexter told batista "some roads should stay closed" when his gf got assaulted by some dude and he wanted revenge. I think that's kind of batistas angle to harrison, "this shit will get messy if you continue" basically.
The surprises of the guest when you both recognize are the best.
The cast for s1 was so stacked
Neil Patrick Harris (the tatoo killer) has been in so many things I couldn't get a list. I first saw him in Doogie Hauser (that's an oldie)
I first saw him in Undercover Brother.
I like how when Harrison put that dude's watch in the safe and it kept ticking, reminded me of Edgar Allan Poe's The Tell-Tale Heart. Not sure if that was meant to be nod or just coincidence.

when dexter walks through Central Park to meet Charlie its interesting that the background is the twin towers of the El Dorado, which is the building that Michael C Hall lived in a condo until a few years ago before he moved to Asheville Nc. Jst saying

For the fingerprint thing probably yeah due to how think your skin is but once you put over a coat of sealant or a glue to apply it depending on how much you layer the print may not work.

to the point there at the end, Angels angle may be in the jail side of things.. remember what happened in the first episode when he gave Dexter his name back then we got the monologue of him saying “is it because you cant prosecute a dead man” or something like that
peak on top of peak 🤣🔥 the show showed off their budget with this episode for sure.. that whole serial killer room was insane, glad they didn’t cut either & let the whole scene breathe with the trophy segment

You were right on pretty much every killer. David Dastmalchian is from prisoners and Dune. Lady vengeance is from breaking bad and Jessica Jones. Rapunzel is from Modern family. Lowell the tattoo killer is Neil Patrick Harris. You saw him in Starship Troopers. He was the smart scientist friend. David dastmalchian was the poka dot super powered guy in Suicide squad. That's where your brain was trying to make the DC connection Shoshanna your brain was sending you in the right direction.
