I love how this ep is NOT filler along side MANY others becasue its fun unlike the great divide even tho the great divide had the avatar learning his role as the avatar... the great divide is kinda boring i guess
Ah yes, ragebait city, my favorite little town they come across🤣 the best line in this episode gotta be the one woman telling sokka "yeah yeah we all know you dont believe in Aunt wu MR science and reason lover"😂 she said that last part like a smug insult. Also at this point i can say that one thing i absolutely love is how it just involves cool adventures we had prison breaks, spirit temple stuff, omashu, volcano erruptions etc... just fun vehicles to explore the world and characters at the same time. This episode also definitely had social commentary, I'm glad you guys enjoyed it as much as i do
They decided to make their animals in the show unique by combining 2 animals to make 1
I'm loving the ATLA reactons. It's one of my favorite shows ever and I'm glad yall are enjoying it. The crazy thing is, there's nothing but bangers from here until the end of the series. Not the season, the entire series lol. Can't wait for yall to watch this. Also, congratulations on the pregnancy announcement! Praying for a healthy journey on that front!

So excited for the last episodes and especially you getting to S2 while I do enjoy S1 a lot, in my opinion season 2 is where the show really starts to shine.
im loving this rewatch but let me tell you book two really picks up the pace story wise, if your feeling like theres no direction. i think book one is a great introduction to the show and the childhood comedy fascination that it is.
Forgot how incredible the writing is for this show. I'm loving rewatching this with yall.
