Phenomenal movie and Phenomenal acting! Casey Affleck is also in one of my all time favorite movies... he's in INTERSTELLAR as the adult son of Matthew McConaughey. Another fantastic Ben Affleck movie is GONE GIRL! The 4th friend in this movie is Cole Hauser who is in Yellowstone! Also the main bad guy in 2 Fast 2 Furious. One of his early movies with Ben Affleck was Dazed and Confused! If you're looking for more Robin Williams movies check out JACK (Comedy/Drama) and INSOMNIA (Thriller/Mystery). Skarsgard was also in THOR!

When Vince said he saw somebody very unique I just got done having a little smoke. And i was scoping out the audience for 5 minutes like a detective trying to figure out who it was. I think I know now. But I won't say cause I don't want to say haha

Yeah, Casey IS Ben's brother. You should check out Gone, Baby, Gone. Its written and directed by Ben Affleck and starring Casey Affleck. Also another great Robin Williams movie is Patch Adams came out around the same time as this movie. R.I.P Robin Williams

I've been waiting for yall to watch this one for a while! Masterpiece movie. Robin Williams was an absolute genius of an actor. The Bench scene is one of the greatest scenes in cinema history. There's a plaque on that bench today to commemorate the movie.

The scene with Robin and Matt on the bench is considered one of Robin's greatest dialogs in any film. It's the heart of Robin that brings the entire scene to life. " IYKYK(For those who saw Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier's name in the opening creds)🤣🤣🤣 51 mins--what's crazier still is that either Matt or Ben Affleck wrote those words that Robin Williams performed flawlessly in that scene. This was their 1st venture in Hollyweird and they fuckin killed it. Robin also improvised the story about his wife farting in her sleep. Their laughter afterward is real and unscripted as well

Each time Sean said “It’s not your fault” he was breaking down a wall that Will built for his trauma. Will spent his entire life building those walls, keeping his pain locked behind them as a defense mechanism instead of confronting it which is what lead to his self-destructive tendencies. Sean finally got Will to release it which is the first step on the path of healing. It’s such a beautiful scene.

Oh man what a movie. I’m glad you guys finally watched it. Damon and Affleck were just kids when they wrote this. Couple of guys in their 20s who put together a masterpiece of a story. It correctly depicts so many mental health problems as well as what abuse, trauma and abandonment can do to someone. They ended up winning an Oscar for Best Screenplay
One of my favorites. Such a great movie. Matt Damon is very underrated Robin Williams deserved that Oscar for this movie for sure
