Stand name: SURVIVOR ! Named after the rock band Survivor from 1978, they also named an album with the same name. Also do take in mind Luke, the body is holding back, a lot... Fight or flight or any pure adrenaline boosted situation can bypass it though, in this case Survivor just tingles that oneeee tiny spot in the brain, and that is all it has to do. Also Luke, Dio did not literally give him the ability, he likely just gave him the location of the man who had developed the stand and Pucci just stole it for his messed up collection.

Stand name: DIVER DOWN ! Named after the Van Halen album by the same name from 1982. User name is Narciso Anasui. His reason for taking things apart, and the murder of his girlfriend and her lover was likely extremely influenced by Diver Down, Stands can be a curse for many after all, it does not excuse his actions by any means though.
Stands actively effect how you think and act and their powers can often surge if you have no control over it, Jotaro as an example suddenly grew to have a very violent temper and anger issue in general, and when his stand Star Platinum is finally known to him he actually notes that he is holding it back, as it is extremely violent and angry and getting worse possibly. One of the reasons Jotaro is the way he is, is because he spent a long time actively holding the Stand back.
I feel like one of the up-coming fights is definitely gonna be luke's most disliked fight. Not for what happens but instead for what doesn't

taking over the whole prison might be the worst possible thing they could do. i think if prisoners took over a whole prison then thousands of law enforcement officers would surround it and what would that accomplish? their whole goal is to get the discs from the priest and stop him but how would attracting the attention of all of the florida police help that when it would just separate them permanently from ever finding the priest again. also if they make any big scene then it works against them. AND you're forgetting none of them have destructive stands at all just stands that are passive or can change form.

Luke, I feel like you're heavily overestimating how powerful stands are compared to guns. We've seen multiple times that only close-range stands can deal with bullets and that even the strongest of them struggle against projectiles coming from many directions or ones they didn't see coming. Every stand user in this part except F.F. is a glass cannon - one good shot at the user and they're out. They could get an advantageous situation if they came up with a good plan, but any attempt at taking over the prison would probably fail in the long run. If I was to bet on a fight between all 6 members of stardust crusaders and 2 or 3 platoons of navy seals, my money would probably be on the navy Also, the guy's name is Anasui and his stand name is Diver Down
