Is the movie you were talking about "Mortal Engines" ? Those had steampunk like cities on giant moving platforms and moved across the landscape. And i think the main city was supposed to be London and called a "predator city". It did play in a post-apocalyptic war after a so called Sixty Minute War.

this anime actually gets mixed reactions. half thinks its crap and the other thinks it's great. at least from what I can tell. That said, I really like a good story regardless of context. Yes, this show is cheeky. But, It has some of the most wholesome moments I've seen in an isekai/fantasy anime. The gist of it is the main character follows his childhood friend and crush through a portal, back to her world, where he finds out he is capable of acquiring power because of his relationship with her. His powers are based on connections, emotional and physical, and he gets more by marrying a princess from each race who then gives him a ring to grant him the power. Then that power grows as his connections with each princess increases, again emotionally and physically. it is a very interesting story and I cant wait to see where it goes. All in all it has some very cheeky and sus moments, a lot of nudity, but also wholesome ones. This is also a rare harem anime where the main character really only likes the main girl, and even tells that to the others. That said, it is a harem and they are constantly placed in situations where "connections" are required between all of the characters. And it touches on those emotions as well. It actually gets rather deep into the characters emotions. Also the shenanigans the characters get into with each other and how they all react to things differently is hilarious at times. Sorry for ranting on and on. I guess that's all I can really say without getting into spoilers. So, do with this info as you will. Hey, maybe this could be a future patreon exclusive, but I don't think a lot of people will vote for it. I dont think it is as popular as it could have been, sadly, because of the sus. There's nothing wrong with sus, people! I think it is pretty decent and I am looking forward to each episode.

7:55 no: as was said before the word Monogatari just mean "Story" or "Tale". So you will see a LOT of shows/manga/novels with this word on the title, wich would translate as "The Tale of...", "The Story of...", etc

Tales of Wedding Rings is the English title. The 2nd season opening is just making up for the edited out parts of season 1. The show is not good and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I really like Tales of Wedding Rings. It’s actually pretty well done for a modern fantasy, isekai, harem, ecchi show. And Crunchyroll streams it uncensored which is pretty surprising but we’ll take any small W we can get these days. Also, “Monogatari” just means story or tale in Japanese so that word is in tons of anime titles FYI

actually I don't remember you reacting to the 1st OP and ED but if you didn't you should check them, they are A LOT less NSFW than the second ones. The story is actually very good for a harem show and it's really short(1st season is 12 episodes and the 2nd season is currently airing) so if you like action(and boobs) this is a show for you
