Yes, I agree with your opinion about the episode's pacing and stakes. The first half of the season sets us up for epic combat, and this episode fails to deliver on those expectations. As for the remaining episodes, we'll have to see!

As far as Bon figuring out what happened to March, it's as simple as he saw her by Fushi's side this whole time, and now she's suddenly vanished.
Thing is about bon. He started selfishly but after being saved by Fushi he mainly genuinely cared. He seems like he’s acting selfishly but he’s the one person making sure in the bigger picture Fushi will be alright. He’s especially hiding the fact he can revive people this fight because if Fushi is distracted by reviving people they could end up losing the battle. Especially if he wastes all his energy on it. He plans on telling him either when he dies or when the battle is over.
Those teeth are from the hairo flashback when the woman taking care of him was killed
I fully agree about the "weapon". However the Bon thing, he didn't need to guess. He has the Spirits telling them everything. He didn't see March there and it is safe to assume the other ones just told him.
Yeah you need to watch "To be Hero X" Will be one of the best anime of 2025

A lot of people have mixed opinions about s2 but thanks for giving it a chance, I personally love s2 much more than s1 and I really like this whole battle part.
I loved both. Won't say which is better. I just think both are awesome for different reasons.
No worries about the delay luke. Family always comes first. And it was only a 1 day delay, so that's basically nothing

I think you should also take into account that this is the beginning of the conflict Where the knokkers haven’t really taken much ground. So as it stands it’s still a somewhat controlled environment in regards to the counter offensive. Which is probably why it feels lackluster so far. That and fushi’s abilities are very out of sight out of mind which makes it less exciting
Without revealing too much it’s going to make a lot of sense why they’re doing it this way right now
