forget borderline Konosuba... with names like "Bonchien Nicoli La Tasty Peach Uralis" this is borderline Eminence in Shadow
Bro Luke love listening to your predictions your reactions are the best. Honestly makes the show more enjoyable than if I were to watch it on my own.
22:10 I may be making too many comments yet I don’t care. He can probably see all dead people. Remember episode 20 the black thing basically said heaven exists so most likely most ghosts move on and there’s only a slight few who don’t
17:50 Yeah this is actually Tonari. Calls Fushi Immortal. And Ligurd the goated owl is following her at the background
Oh hey didn’t expect them to just confirm it completely. That’s cool
17:50 And this is totally Him talking to Tonari. So he can talk to ghosts. I’m sorry bon. I love you as a character. But you’re gunna need to die. Fushi needs to be reunited with Gugu
9:10 yo that horse is pioran for real. Seriously. She wanted to become something useful to Fushi. So horse friend makes sense. Also like. Cmon, Same hair color.
It’s also the only horse that tried to get fushi’s Attention. Which makes sense since she’d be the only one who wants to be with him
Hey Luke, finally this little reveal that Fushi is being followed by the ghosts of the ones who loved him, and I can finally say, remember the first time Fushi transformed into March? The guy in black (aka the narrator) told us already, that they wouldn't just become Fushi, but literally will follow him on his journey, this anime is so fking well written and is so poetic, "You will recognise him because he is followed by a big shadow", I like to think that this doesn't only refers to the bear, but literally all the people who have been with him after departing, Fushi's shadow is his life though existance, his friends, his lost ones...
I really struggle to see what's spoilery about the ending, specially when we consider Luke doesn't watch openings and endings every episode. The ending only gains significance on rewatch, like a foreign song you've finally gotten subtitles for. Either way, I didn't care much for the ending, mostly cuz nothing could ever top the series opening Pink Blood (Edit: which DOES contain massive spoilers, do not watch the visuals for the opening)
All openers and all endings have spoilers. Without exception. They are never safe to watch before finishing the anime season in question. Regarding the future of Mr. Tasty Peach, I'll say only that I didn't see any of the future developments coming, and I doubt you will either. This whole season felt like a big departure to me as well, but any time I can't see what's coming and it doesn't suck, I like it.
I want to point out how Bon spent his money. Not for the people no, but never for himself. Always for his loved ones.
I always figured that over the course of the 200 years since she died that she just periodically went exploring as a ghost and happened across Bon. She might really care about Fushi, but I'm sure it got boring just watching him lunge around for 200 years.
"thanks for the crab" reminds me of when my college ra offered me an oyster
There is so much depth in this anime its unreal. And you never can fully predict what will happen. And even if you do, and you think your rdy for it, it will still hits you as hard as possible in one way or another.
Yeah, the ending has spoilers
I love that the ghost cook is just walking around with a sword in his head.
I've watched all of to your eternity, haven't read the Manga but I have come to understand that everything happens for a reason. I've enjoyed the characters so much. As a reserved person myself Bon's eccentricity is fun to watch but personally I couldn't live with him. My key advice is to keep an open mind with all the characters introduced cause I didn't like Bon at first now he's top 3 characters for me this episode was that turning point.
Seeing all the people collected marching around Fushi always gives me chills!
Picture how bored they must have been watching Fushi be a fish for all those years.
And yes the ending does have spoilers in it i would recommend saving it for the final episode to watch it
Let's GO! And so the gears in Luke's head turn. I'll never not get grossed out by the crap scene... Bon is awesome.
