It was so funny to watch you get it right at the beginning, then talk yourself out of it and into some crazy theories just from a few minor details. 馃槅 (At least they seemed minor to me, I haven鈥檛 seen the rest of the series)
No sneaky nipple gets by this guy!
this is the best episode yet. the ending has me so lost WHAT IS HAPPENING
And I can't believe after all the shittalking Lunge you didn't even give him props for basically telling Tenma to remain silent and don't talk to the police lol! I love Lunge and Eva so much because they're such complex characters who have so much character development. Eva is the worst person in the world but eventually you can't help but feel sorry for her and be excited to see her show up
I think at this point we can be easily confused about how Lunge means what he is saying. Until it's become important.
Because you've been misled by bad translations, what you should know at this point for sure is that Karl's mother is Margot Langor whose real name was Helenka Novakova and she was from Prague. She fled the country with her friend who was captured and sent back. Her friend had twins and sent her letters from Prague. She got pregnant and the vampire gave her a rabbit's foot to give to Karl when he was born, he then gave it back to his father later to prove he was the real son. In this episode we also find out that Margot told the vampire about her friend and where she lived, and after she ran away the vampire went to Prague to ask her friend about her whereabouts. At that time he saw the friend and her twin children at the Three Frogs. You should be reasonably certain also that the twins are probably Johan and Anna. Everything else is no yet confirmed including the letter, the author, etc.
In the scene at 5:30 the English subtitles are just wrong. He said 绉併仧銇°伄瀛愪緵 which could be plural or singular, but in this case with context it's obvious he means "give it to our child" which is Karl, his mother gives him that rabbit's foot later. The translator is cooked
I wonder if the translator maybe meant to write "give it to my child when they are born" (as he didn't know yet it would be a boy) but someone came to proofread after that and got confused by the use of "they", thus correcting to "children". Otherwise it seems very weird indeed to translate it this way!
Now that sneaky (potentially dead probably not) mf Roberto needs to reappear and we'll truly have the whole avengers here i can't think of anyone else missing...
The backstory of the twins begin to unfold, i love so much these episodes. You overthink a little bit, but it's ok :D you will be ok in a few episodes. Also my heart hurts for Tenma. I love him so much.
I'm no longer worried about Luke's memory; now I'm more worried about his reading skills. It plainly said at the start of the episode "1971."
It's still jigsaw pieces
Yea i guess you can put most of the pieces together now, but what's probably holding you back is that you kinda overthink a little here. But i guess you'll put it all together eventually
We all know that was Tenma's mother in a wig.
1:58 how are we surprised at this point in the series?
