Naruto first series is like prologue to Naruto Shippudden. You think original Naruto is great, and then you get hit by "how about we make it even better?" and then it never stops getting better and better.

Naruto aired for 15 years and it felt like I grew up with the characters of the show. It defined my childhood, taught me various life lessons and will always have a special place in my heart .

Luke in 2011 there was an OVA released called "Naruto Vs Sasuke". Song what is playing in it is called: "Mayonaka No Orchestra" and it is an Ending 16 of Naruto Shippuden. There are HEAVY SPOILERS in it so be aware. Safe to say it is NOT a canon you will only see parts from main series so fair warning. For me Naruto series was something I grew up with and this OVA shows clearly what I would say most of us who love Naruto feel to this series. When I first seen it I could visually see my emotions for this anime in one video. That great it is for me. To this day I can sing this whole song in Japanese even if my native language is Czech. I felt in love with Japanese since then and learned language partly because of this OVA and its emotional value. I remembered while watching this video and wanted to share it as something you could appreciate even if not right now maeby later on if you remember.

Naruto and Naruto Shippuden as anime is not something we grew up watching. The characters grew up with us. Every opening of the anime fuels our nostalgia not just for the anime but for the time when we were 13, 15, 20, 30.... Those will forever be some of my favorite anime openings

Silhouette for me is the BEST Naruto Shippuden openig. Period. And I don't know why the japanese line of the subtitles has all the worlds glued together as if they were all verylongwords 🤣

So it's not The First Take, but there's a similar channel called CrosSing that I think you'd enjoy. Here's their description: "CrosSing is a cover song project that delivers the 'voices' of artists from various fields such as voice actors, anime song artists, VTubers, and 2.5D actors through 'songs.' I've been recommending "Realize" (Re:Zero OP3) by Yusuke Kobayashi (Subaru's VA) recently, but they have a bunch of really cool performances that are worth checking out.

Also off topic, but this week's Dr. Stone episode was beyond fire. Can't wait to see you reacting to the new season. You will lose your mind over it. :))) And I'll be here to see that :))))

Off topic, I wonder if there’s any issues with reacting to covers…. Some covers of anime songs are as good as the original.
