Yeah, it seems that Mob can interact with the normal world, he can see ghosts and he can interact with ghosts/spirits... including the spirits of the living, like when he entered the soul of that girl who was possessed by Mogami. But he can't see into peoples minds. And that is definitely a lucky break for him. Just the idea of being able to break the world around you and knowing exactly what everyone around you thinks... I am pretty sure that the city would be gone when he thought his parents were dead.

Telepathy is reading minds and telekinesis is moving objects. And mob can fly because he can move objects. Lol.
