Chapter 3 | Part 2 | Status Update #43 | Public

👋 Hey everyone! I hope you all had a pleasant week

The scene I mentioned in the last status update, which I worked on throughout the entire last week, is finished

I have no idea why, but I ran into a lot of technical issues with it. That was also the main reason I didn't post a status update (DAZ kept crashing). It's packed with 7 characters, so maybe they were the reason for some of the instability

Either way, with this scene finished, I've reached the final stage of development for this update. Here's what's coming next 👇

A huge scene featuring Sarah's birthday party. It's split into multiple parts + the ending. I'd say around 80% of it is already prepared, but I don't want to say how many renders or animations there will be just yet (although I have a LOT planned)

After that, I still need to handle the gallery, music gallery, coding, add some music and SFX, do some testing of my own, fix whatever needs fixing, and then send the update out for testing

The release date is TBA for now, but the announcement will come as soon as the update is sent out for testing

And that also means (and this is why this status update is public) that there won't be any more status updates for this update. I'm stepping away for a bit, closing everything down, and going into full focus mode to finish the update

The next time you'll hear from me will be with the release date announcement 😎

For now, thanks for the support, and stay safe out there! ❤️ See you soon
