COMIC: Come Together (colors!)

 EDIT 3/2/2025: Now that Dr. Nagoski has released this comic publicly through her venues, I'm sharing this post with the whole wide world! Non-Patrons: I documented the process of making this comic and shared 'em with my Comics Tier patrons, so they got to see the pencils and inks stages too!

Hey Hey Ho Ho! It's basically done! Copy-pasting the recap from my previous post on this comic project:

If you've been here since September 2024 you, of course, recall that I'm adapting a portion of Dr. Emily Nagoski's latest book into comics that she can use in presentations. For those who are just joining us, Come Together is Nagoski's book on sex in long-term relationships and how to cultivate a sexual connection with your partner(s) over the decades. In it, she encourages her readers to map out their "Emotional Floor Plan"- which takes up two whole chapters but, for the sake of her in-person talks, I am condensing this info into 20 Powerpoint presentation slides/10 full comic pages.

With the drawing done, I handed off my inks to my devastatingly handsome husband and colorist, Matthew Nolan, to finish 'em off with some dulcet hues. Being clever, he asked the Nagoski Team if they had any specific color palettes in mind, and they suggested using the book cover- plus a bonus blue they're adding in for other projects:

I've only just sent Matt's colors off to Nagoski's Team today, they very well may still have some more edits and whatnot so this may not be the final-final version of this comic, but I figured it's close enough to share with you guys!
