We have a bunch of fun EARRING Community MOD for you all! - MODDED by Crippin's Corner and Dani (axelseelen)! THANK YOU!
Crippin's Corner modded the Tadlings into official earrings with Jump Ring holes and PRE-SCALED to be earring size! As you can see in the attached picture, the hole goes through the nose instead of the mouth.
Included Files are all 6mm & a couple 8mm Jump Ring sizes:

Dani (axelseelen on Discord) modded the Sunflower Dragon tail to be super cute earrings as well! This Cinder recommends you re-sizing the file to 60% of original size.

I'm new to printing earrings. I see the hole for the jump ring....is that something that is put in AFTER the print? Or do I put a pause in the slider and place the jump ring there and then let it print over it? Thanks.

I love these! Will more dragons come as this mod?
Any advice on attempting to mod any of the other tadlings down to an earring size? I would love to see any of the floral ones or mistletoe for Christmas!
I prefer my dangle earrings to be 2inches max (50mm). These seem more like a keychain size. Will they still print okay if I scale them down to 60%? I guess the hook won't fit through the hole if I do that. hmmm. I love the idea, but these won't work for me.

It's fine, they were tested and will print as is.
I have Bambu and none are opening up in there. What do I do
I have Bambu and can put them on the plate; however, 3 of them have manifold issues.

Just printed these. They seem really large for ear rings. I see that the Cinder for the Sunflower Dragon recommends scaling that one to 60%. Should all of them be scaled to that? Would that not affect the hole size? Thanks!
Nope! They are meant to be big earrings.

Can't wait to make these! I have made the rose turtle into earrings as well and they are so cute! just adjust the key chain file to 25% and it works great with most filaments. There are a few that the hole gets a little messed up with (mostly silk I think), but they are so cute!
Where can you get the rest of the earring files?

i would like to se the rose dragon on hear for earrings i think that would be a good one
since this is a community mod, maybe one day!
I have printed at 50% 100% infill the only thing is wholes are to small then and the legs are fragile then also
they are going to be fragile yeah, too small to be otherwise! but being that they are earrings most folks aren't going to put them thru the ringer
If this helps, I just printed the gemstone earrings @ 80% size, 4 walls & 20% support cubic infill. They are light enough that they don't pull real hard on your ears. I would suggest letting the bed cool off COMPLETELY before taking them though, because the rings are pretty delicate
What size nozzle?
This is amazing! I was just thinking not too long ago if i could use the tails scaled down as earrings. This is even better!

The tadlings are pre-sized yes!
How durable are these? Any concern with them?
They are about as durable as most things, at this size there isn't much infill haha its all walls! They should be fine for most things. Unless you are wrestling with them??? haha

Are these not too heavy? I wouldn’t know, the earrings I wear are pretty tiny.
Depends on the person but at this size they are about 7g
I just used the Keychain version 🤣
