0.5 version is up: World and Story:

-Act III is fully playable.
-New explorable area, the Frostlands.
-Some new quests/areas are now character specific, locking you to a single girl.
-New npcs and quests.
-Complete overhaul of the swamp.

Gameplay
-Reworked the equipment system with new slots.
-New unique character mechanics.
-Reaching 0 friendship with Baal will no longer give you a game over.
-New unique enemies.
-You can now see your hit and crit chance, before committing to an attack.
