When designing the recent 'ruins' pdf, I also had a few other things in mind for the textures - with one of those things being a variant 2.5D dungeon (well... maybe not quite a 2.5D dungeon - but one with 1" high walls).
And, as you can see, the idea for these is not necessarily to have a whole set of dungeon tiles - but rather a few different wall sections that you can place on top of a regular wet/dry erase battlemat to build a little encounter area that should (hopefully) look a bit better than a few squiggly lines sketched out in haste :)
Anyway, the assembly method is fairly self explanatory (you've seen me assemble doors half-a-dozen times by now) - as there's no new techniques here - but just in case:
The corners are made in the same way as those from the ruins - however they're half as high (3 blocks tall) and also have a little 'pyramid' on top... which is the same as the one found in the obelisks video.
The walls themselves are 1" high (I actually made the wall texture of the ruins so that it can be cut into three 1" tall sections for this exact reason) - and they have a decorative strip (which has itself been stuck to some cereal-box style card) glued on top - to cover the corrugation of the double-corrugated cardboard that I'm using.
You can then glue them to whatever kind of base you like (be that one of the dungeon tiles - or one of the grassy tiles if you want them to represent an exterior wall instead).

So, here's hoping you can put the attached pdf to use - though it is worth noting that I might have to make the doors a little bit smaller if I run with the idea for a regular video... but I thought I'd share what I've got with you guys now, as I say, just in case you can find a use for it in the meantime :)
Hope you like it!
