March's VTT maps (pt. 1) ...and some news!
As I mentioned in a previous message, for the next few months I'll be producing at least one of these (large) map tiles - just to help break up the 'modular look' that you can sometimes get when piecing several of the smaller cave passages together.
Also, in other news, you might be pleased to hear (I know that I'm a bit excited) that I've been chatting with someone about the possibility of making a (free online) random map generator that utilises all of my maps :O
And, from the looks of things, when, it's done we 'll be able to decide whether we want it to include just the 'dungeons' or just the 'caves' or a mix of both. Then it'll generate a random map (which we can still tinker with if we want to swap out some of the tiles) - and when we're happy with the layout, we can export it as an image file to load into our VTT of choice.
As I say, I'm super excited about this ...and really hope it comes to fruition!

Your project sounds fun! Looking forward to seeing the results.
Well, it's not really my project - someone asked if they could make a random dungeon generator using the tiles ...and so we've been chatting about it. I got to play around with the beta version today ...and I have to say, I like what I'm seeing :)
