Ideas for a 4th doorway?
OK then, I'm opening this up to all patrons...
I've been drawing a few new doorways for an adventure I'll be running soon (in other words I've got sidetracked again :) ), and I have space on the page for 4 different images - so I'm currently one short.

So, anyone have any ideas for the final 'doorway' ???
(note that we already have wooden, stone, and iron doors, as well as a metal gate and portcullis - plus it would be good if this last one was a bit different to a 'normal' door ...i.e. something like those pictured above).
I've already got a few ideas myself - but I thought I'd reach out to see if there is anything in particular that YOU might need for an upcoming adventure/encounter?

OK then, here were my thoughts... A dutch/stable door would look a bit strange ...but maybe I could do a double door. The looking out onto a heavenly scene is probably a bit beyond my artistic ability. Some kind of lever/mechanism was something I was thinking about. The bricked-up wall and curtain variants can come later (whenever that may be ;) ) And something a little steampunky kinda fits in with the 'mechanism' idea. So, here's what I've come up with (it still might change a little - but the main part's done): https://i.imgur.com/tzsVzlo.jpg
Hmmm... lots to think about :)
How about a sphincter? make it all steampunky.
'Mystical symbol' in silver on a black curtain
Magic mouth door? Door painted on wall? Door with lever on? Multi-key door?
Mirror/ one way glass , looking into space and clouds/ heaven archway
BTW, the curtain doorway is very cool. Maybe a companion to the bricked up door where it is not quite finished or perhaps some of the bricks have been knocked out. Now I have to cue up Alan Parsons Project Tales of Mystery & Imagination so that I can hear Cask of Amontillado.
Perhaps a Dutch Door? Don't think I've ever seen one of those employed in a RPG setting. :)
