Be honest. What’s been the hardest part of love lately?

The hoes.
For me, I'm learning that the hardest part of finding a deep, authentic connection isn't necessarily about navigating the dating world or finding the right person. The real, honest challenge is the profound inner work you have to do to even be ready for it. It's the difficult and sometimes terrifying choice to start dismantling the fortress you've built around your heart for protection. It's looking at the person you've become—even the 'healed' or 'strong' versions of yourself—and having the courage to ask, 'Is this truly me, or is it another sophisticated mask I created to feel safe?' The biggest struggle is holding a beautiful, almost sacred vision of what love can be, while not letting that ideal become a rigid checklist that no real, imperfect human could ever live up to. It's about wanting that 'Elysium' of a perfect connection, but learning to find its echoes in the authentic, flawed beauty of another person. Ultimately, I think the hardest part is choosing to be truly vulnerable again. It's about having the courage to bring your most authentic self—scars and all—out into the world, and trusting that finding a love that honors it is a possibility worth the immense risk.
Chad your response is so beautifully expressed. You are doing the work!
The answer to this is really two fold for me. First it is where I can go to find available high quality attractive women that I want to meet. The second is approaching them once I spot them and then to be myself and at ease around them. I like environments that are quiet and also places where I want to be. I have identified places like Farmers markets and select grocery stores at particular times as very good places that draw a lot of women. Of course, the next part is how to approach them without overthinking and shutting down. I tend to be a homebody and not a salesman, so a cold approach is quite daunting.
