Japan Expo Paris 2026

And I'm back after a long period of silence! Why? Several factors: lack of time, lack of motivation, and the unexpected SCORCHING summer that struck France to the point doing kigu was simply out of the question.

Still, times are now cooler, and I did my yearly pilgrimage to the Japan Expo Paris to celebrate the 10th year of the KaoKig group, the community that welcomed me into the fandom back in 2019.

This year, we truly broke the game with 43 kigs from Europe and China gathered at the same spot! Well, not all at the same time unfortunately. Kigs from France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Ireland, and China were present during this 25th edition of the Japan Expo, making this event the biggest public gathering of kig in Europe so far!

I had the pleasure of meeting some of you (my fans) during these 4 days, taking pictures and talking casually, hoping to see you there again :D
