July 9 Development Log - v0.2 and Gameplay

The next update may take up to four or five weeks to come out. This is partially due to what I mentioned last month -- I'm suddenly forced to find a new place to live. A few days of delay is expected.

There will be some very light gameplay elements added. Even before the first release, I've been experimenting with how I want to introduce a bit of interaction to this visual novel. I've had some requirements for myself:

- So simple that even a dimwit won't find it difficult.

- The gameplay should be rewarding in and of itself - even if there is another reward for completion.

- No grinding - the gameplay shouldn't be an obstacle.

- Low maintenance - "set it and forget it" - in that inserting content is fast and easy for myself.

Finally, I'm converging an idea that will meet all of those criteria. Don't freak out - this isn't sandbox. Hell, it's not even point-and-click. It's more of an over-glorified menu to see scenes with characters you've bonded with. But I'll wait until a later dev log to explain.

Also, MC's head-to-body ratio will also be modified, but don't expect to see every render changed instantly - it will take a few updates. Meanwhile, some UI elements will continue to be improved.
