2025: A Map Recap

Hey everyone, I wanted to showcase the most popular maps from 2025, including some of the bizarre and underrated maps I made.

Castle Mimic

This map was by far the most popular battlemap I made! As a continuation of my mimic series, this one was a blast to make.

This map pack features Transformed, Summer, Winter, Fog, Haunted, and Night variants.

Burning City

This was the most popular phased battlemap from 2025. For those who don't know, phased battlemaps feature multiple stages or "phases." These allow for dynamic encounters where the maps change with time.

This map features 8 phases, which shows a fire spreading through a city. The flames only affect homes made out of wood, while the stone homes could potentially be safe spaces for your characters to take refuge.

This map pack features 4 standalone variants (without phases) to provide further flexibility to how you want to use this map.

My Personal Favorite

Templar Keep

As a history nerd and avid reader of old literature, this Templar Fort was really fun to make. It was inspired by the Knights Templar, an ancient military order in Europe that was one of the first religious military orders.

They were involved in various Crusades and other military campaigns in the medieval world. Eventually, they were accused of blasphemy and the organization was dissolved, with its leader being burned at the stake.

This map pack features 8 unique variants including Night, Forest, Winter, Mountains, No Crosses, and a special Vampire variation.

Most Bizarre Map

Time Machine

Now this was a really unique map to make, which was a collaboration with Balatro Maps. It features a time machine that takes your players through major historical time periods, allowing them a glimpse into the past or the future.

But beware, for if they go too far, they may end up stranded at the End of Time, the last and final phase for this map.

Overall, this was a peculiar but fun map to make.

Deadliest Map

A Coliseum that Floods with Lava

This was by far the deadliest map I made in 2025. It features 8 phases where the coliseum slowly floods with lava, leaving only the central island safe.

The premise behind this map is that the players fight to reach the central island, and only one person can stand there.

Be careful using this map, very likely to result in a TPK!

Most Time Intensive Map

Ruins Bundle

This map pack included a series of 9 maps that cover ruins across various environments. Out of all the map packs I made in 2025, this one took me the longest amount of time. But I found the end result quite pleasing.

2026 and Beyond!

Last year was a great year for this patreon. I received alot of support and love from you all, and for that I am very grateful.

For 2026, I plan on making more phased battlemaps. I also want to experiment with making larger maps that allow for thorough exploration and fun. I plan on releasing some polls where you can provide your input and ideas.
