2 Months in!

Howdy folks!

It looks like this revamp is off to a bit of a rough start. But I am at the very least going to keep folks here updated on where my mind is at and how I will try to process and readjust!

First things first, apologies for the slowness I've been trying to implement a schedule that includes streaming to try and build up to doing it more consistently. That being said, the Toybox idea is underway for September so look forward to that. Those of you who have attended the streams see the slow progress!

Regarding how I've approached my Patreon works, I have been reserving working on them for stream time since I want people to be there for the journey of making them but I see now that this only drags them out too long. So I won't restrict what I will be streaming to be Patreon only works. That way I can make the progress I need to when it best suits me. I hope people don't mind missing the creation of some of the works here.

Another aspect of my attempts at a streaming schedule is the timing for it. We've experimented with a morning and evening time for the art streams and it seems like folks are most receptive to evening time. I slated for 6PM but I feel now after some experience with it, the current time is too soon for me to handle things IRL and I will be shooting for 7pm EST on Mondays and Wednesdays! We will see if this fares any better! I also need to find a better way to share that a stream is happening so if you guys have idea for what could help notify or remind people of them, let me know!

The character polls will be included in those works that may be off stream as well. The August winner was Haida for those who weren't aware. I had no real time to make a graphic to announce the winner! Look forward to a sequence with him as well.

Regarding the rules for character polls, I had questions I wanted to leave up to you folks! So if you could comment a reply with your thoughts it would be greatly appreciated! How should we handle the winners and losers of character polls in your opinion? Should a previous poll winner be barred from being put into another poll soon after and for how long? For the losers of polls, should the roster be completely changed after a poll has concluded or would you like to see the previous characters return for the next one? Once we come to a consensus here, I will put up the polls for both September and October!

And lastly, the OC character polls need addressing! I am aware of the fact most people did not know I have roughly around 99+ OCs that I could explore. The problem arises from the fact, no one knows who a majority of them are. So what incentive would there be to vote for them? I asked around and it seems like people would like to know more about these characters in general but I had nothing to point to! The reason I fell behind from the jump is because I had been working on cataloging all my existing OCs! (I will share that list in a subsequent post as this one is getting long...)

My question is this: What would folks like to see when it comes to OCs and Lore here? Would you prefer this be a kink only space where comic of ocs stick to kinky scenarios or a space that has comics showing off more of the lore and canon these characters exist in?
