New sofa!!!
Big news! I bought a new sofa! Tell your friends!!! :)
Heh... I bet, you would much rather hear some concrete news on the game-development process. But you know my opinion on spoilers, right? (I don't like them).
I like to keep things a secret so that you get surprised later-on during the actual game. In other words I will remain quiet a bit longer if you don't mind...
At the same time sharing news like "I bought a new sofa" don't really spoil anything and lets you guys know that I'm alive and well. So, yeah, I bought a new sofa. And it's exactly the same like my old one. My old sofa served me well for more then a year, but lately it started to literally fall apart. To the point when I couldn't even sleep on it properly anymore... So few days ago me and Smersh went to IKEA and picked up a replacement.
As for the game... Well, I'm working on it, and that is all I will be saying for now. Thank you for your support, guys. ^^
P.S. Here is a short vid of me and Smersh (mostly Smersh) trying to load a huge-ass sofa on a not so huge IKEA trolley.

Haha haha it's literally the same sofa!! That's great!! Anyway it's good hearing from you buddy. I hope all is well.
Photo top left caught my eye this time. You might be able to let the new one live a bit longer if you reinforce it with three (or 6) extra pieces of wood in each middle. That way, if you (or your captured princess) stand or kneel on it, you won't go straight through the fiber board.
Akabur, have you been getting better at creating your characters facial expressions?
I'm getting better every day, bro!
Looks great now I just got to get one that looks just like it.... Just kidding i do need a new sofa sleeper though...
Well, currently this model is prefect for me, but I'm sure there are plenty of way superior models out there...
Hey, happy creators make better games. Although you're already putting out great stuff!!! :D
Thanks, man.
Does he sleep on that couch every night? Or is it for like napping? (hope it's the second)
I know from a reliable source that he uses that couch both for sitting and sleeping.
Daaang, it's like a completely different room now! Haha. It's nice with a comfy sofa after a hard days work though, you deserve it!
Thank you, Richard!
In Russia, couch sits on you.
Don't I know it OTL...
Nice "change" hehe hope you get clear with the difference ;) I love my EKTORP
^^
Stick to drawing and making games. Loading sofas on trolleys is clearly not your strong point. ;)
You're probably right.
das a pretty nice couch m8
Yeah, it's alright 8)
Congrats on the new sofa.
Thanks ^^
I got the exact same one in my room 😀
Sofa bros!
So, IKEA has products exclusive Russia? Interesting. Thank you my friend!
I guess it does. I didn't know that either....
Is that a "SOLSTA" sleeper sofa?
It's "BIGDEO".
New furniture makes the working room a bit new...this will surely help with good imagination :) We look forward for the next release...take it easy and take as much time as u need..no worries
Thank you, Arunangshu.
Only one year and such level of destruction? Dude you should be a bit more soft with things around you. I can barely imagine how hard you raped your slave-girls on this sofa...
Shush! You gonna scare off the very few female fans I have :)
Nice man, I hope the couch makes a cameo in the game lol, but really, new furniture is always cool
Thanks, Panda.
IKEA at it's best.. we love it! They really should get bigger trolleys ;P Always great to hear from you Akabur :) My sofa has seen better days too, but keeping it together with Ductape for a while longer, as I got a great bed to sleep on and only use the sofa for TV watching.. ;) Itching to experience all the delightfull surprises you are making for us within the next game, but have patience ;)
Yeah, well, I use it both for sleeping and for sitting/lying on and sleeping so short lifespan of the sofa is understandable... And it was still great for sitting on, but not so much for sleeping. Well, now I have a brand new one and it's all good :)
Take your time my friend, it's good to see you're alive and well :) about that sofa, I do remember a picture of you working and Lola sleeping on it :D
Thank you, Dorago :)
Yo is this one that pulls out into a bed that pops up? I've got the L-shaped version in my living room.
Yeah, I know the one you're talking too. No, this is a different model. I was thinking about getting that "bed popping up" model, but it's slightly wider then this one and would not fit in properly...
Great, we are always curious about your furniture, and this is an original I am alive video, keep the good job and looking forward the secrets ^^
Thanks, Ace :)
