AKABUR VILLE (JPEGs+PSD)
This pack is a weird one. I never thought I would ever share it here on Patreon, but at the same time, I think it serves as a nice palate cleanser from my usual uploads. :)
Let me tell you the story behind this assortment of weird pictures and screenshot edits.
A long time ago, back in 2012, I was playing a lot of Facebook games. In my defense, there were actually quite a few high-budget games on the platform at the time. They were all cash grabs, of course, and most of them didn't last very long. Still, the Facebook gaming scene was new and rapidly evolving, with more polished games being added all the time.
One of those games was Ville, which was basically a cartoony version of The Sims. I like colorful games, so I was drawn to it right away. In fact, I liked it so much that I started making weird sexy fan art for it. Yeah, back in the day, when I could do whatever I wanted—even weird stuff like this.
Anyway, this is all part of history now. The game was shut down rather abruptly after a while, as was often the case with Facebook games back then. But my naughty creations live on. ^^

Ahh, that explained a lot! I've always wondered how something so different from your usual artwork found its way into your portfolio. And it's always good to break out of your routine every now and then, do what you feel like doing, and not do what you feel obligated to do.
This pack is such a strange and wonderful time capsule from the Facebook games era. It’s easy to forget now, but for a while those games really felt like a whole little world of colorful, polished, social-game chaos. And of course, only you could look at a cute cartoony Sims-like Facebook game and think: “Yes, this needs to become AkaburVille.”
Yes, indeed. And those are real screenshots from my laptop screen as well. That windows interface looks so ancient, but I really miss it when I look at it now. Yeah. You got me XD. Every time I see cute, colorful, well done, game universe or character I think to my self: "This has educational potential!" XD
Man, I remember when Facebook was the be all end all website lol.
Looks like that game needs to be brought back, updated and given the Akaman touch.
Damn this is an excessively deep cut. For all we know this could be the only published lewd art for this game in existence.
I wouldn't be surprised if that is exactly the case. I can't imagine anybody else wasting their time to do something like this XD
