401 - No News.
HELLO there, dear bros! Welcome to another Monday post. No major news to report — just checking in to let you know I’m still around and everything’s fine.
CHINESE QUEEN TRAINER apparently exists as well (along with the Korean one). I’ve got to say, that title screen looks nice. Props to the Chinese bro of culture who dedicated his time and effort to translate it — really appreciate it. 谢谢 :)
GAMES. I continue to play Fate/Extra CCC. What a great game — and exceptionally well translated, too. What a time to be alive! XD
GAMES (2). I also started playing Conan for PS2 again. Previously, I sort of put it on hiatus after clocking in about 20 hours or so. Turns out that was a mistake, because just 30 minutes later the main story takes you to a huge city that you’re free to explore. There are so many fun little details in that city. For example, in true classic Conan fashion, there’s a cutscene where you get to punch a camel in the face. The fact that it’s a repeatable cutscene that even accounts for which side you approach the camel from tells me the devs really had fun making this game. XD
FLEX. I’ve decided to flex my amazing life at you again (because I don’t have any actual game development updates to show off at the moment), I’m going to show you my awesome Bluetooth speaker. Honestly, it’s pretty great — especially considering the price was around $25. The best part is that it comes packed with an outlet for every occasion, including an SD card slot. I loaded it up with a bunch of “Best of Japanese City Pop” playlists, and now my life is finally perfect. XD
SHOP. Didn’t add any new items to the shop — a little too busy at the moment. I’ll try to add something next Monday.
THE WORK. Mostly working on Reporter Trainer these days, and when I have the energy, I wrestle with Steam’s countless bureaucratic procedures in the hope of being able to release Princess Quest there one day. -_-
AND THAT'S IT. I hope you’ll forgive me for the lack of substantial development updates lately. Thank you for your support, dear bros — I’ll see you all next Monday. Laterz!
P.S. If you don’t feel like commenting, leave a like. This isn’t YouTube (and I’m an NSFW creator), so likes won’t tell an algorithm to feature me on the front page or anything — it’s purely for my personal satisfaction. ^^

Hey Akabur, since you were recently posting about family friendly japanese movies and are currently working on Reporter Trainer. Any chance we could get something like RCT-168 happening in the game?
Maria Ozawa as a tv announcer is a classic, I think there was a pic of her in an old post from Aka but I'm not sure
the fucking camel LMFAOO
Made me literally laugh out loud when that scene just happened out of nowhere XD
My MP3 player is still loaded up with Initial D sountracks. I miss the 90's... but hey, I guess I can always feel better punching a camel!
Believe it or now I Initial D on my MP3 player as well XD We were lucky to live through those awesome times.
You can post or I suggest you advertise the Fap Night At Frenni's Night Club game for android and upload some pictures of the animatronics.
You must be new. I only promote wholesome family friendly games.
Great to see Reporter Trainer development back in motion! Thanks for the new pic from CHannel 6 studio, love the fourth-wall wink, pure Akabur reference here... Are you happy to be back working on it again? Feeling good about where the story’s heading and about bringing those heroines (April, Irma, Skater girl...) back to life? I’m really curious if most of the creative choices are already set, or if you’re still shaping things as you go...
Yes, I am happy to be working on it again, because it was on pause for a while and it was really starting to get on my nerves. It always feels nice to be making progress on a project. As for the direction of the story, yes I feel good about it, but at the same time a still have a lot of work ahead of me -_- Nothing has been set in stone. I have a lot of sketches and ideas written up, some scenes, some events. Something will get cut, something will get written into a bigger scene. And so on and so on.
Conan! Read the magazines in the early '00s 💪🤩 Kinda wanna check out the new Red Sonja, but 4.4 on IMDB tells me it has to be a very rainy day to make it worth it 😢
If you're into action figures, Boss Fight Studio recently put out a fantastic 6" Red Sonja. Articulation is the best I've ever seen and it comes with the correct accessories to match the old Frank Thorne comic art.
Fate/Stay NIght is on my wishlist on steam for quite some time already. Someday I'll play this series too...
There are many different FATE games. But FATECCC is the best one. It never made it's way to the west officially (because it's too cultured), so you won't be able to find it on steam. Unless of course you are talking about the visual novels, I hear those are good.
Well thanks for turning me to japanese city pop, been vibing to it at work for the past 2 hours
City Pop is great. After you get to know the most famous pieces like Plastic Love, 4 a.m. and stuff - and start digging deeper, and find gems just for your taste. I have a playlist with somewhat lesser known songs https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKaDRg-WYTJYWUKR2KW24l3JDw6OHku8-&si=tfv-6r-jNvDXNpN-
U cute

Aww hoping to hear about the steam release hope thats going well
It's still going. Let's leave it at that for now -_-
I didn't know you like City Pop ✨ In that case wanna share my favourite City Pop album of all times (kinda hidden gem in my opinion, not very well known): https://youtu.be/iHPLWp3Wrwo?si=2zVJghH8qwsMfeXH
Of course I do. I am your beloved leader after all, naturally I would love all the right things. Big thank you for the playlist and the other one you shared in another comment. Saved both of them, will be listening this week while working!!
What did that camel ever do to you? It looks like you taking time to have fun and that's a good thing. Continue on comrade.
The camel spat on Conan, so this left hook was totally justified! ^^
No new family friendly video recommendation?
Did you already finished watching the ones I recommended? If I find another wholesome movie worth mentioning, I will let you know :)
No news are good news, nice flex, and fate games are usually good, and grand order shows the horrors of game as service and gatcha, thanks for the good job.
Agreed on every point! :)
