About "Patrons Only" posts.
I got an email from Patreon this morning. (The pic above).
So I had to go through every single one of my posts and make sure that every post containing any sort of "adult content" marked as "patrons only".
This was a rather nostalgic trip for me actually... I treat my Patreon as a blog, so there were a lot of personal pictures and videos I completely forgot about...
My life here on patreon up until now was quite a trip... and I shared that trip with you guys...
For me it always was (and still is) a somewhat surreal experience... Thank you for being such a big part of my life, guys. Seriously...
Also, I will make sure to keep "adult content" in my future posts to the minimum, to make sure I can continue to make public posts.

Well this whole new look is rather tasteless, so I'm not surprised Patreon is cracking down on adult material after the update. Only thing I really hate is the fact the flags are gone, so now you don't know who is supporting someone and who isn't unless you are the person being supported.
Yeah, thinks evolve and change... Eventually patreon's policies will probably change as well. :( On the bright side we caught the golden age of patreon :)

Be it as it may, Patreon has no competition at the moment so I would rather not get on their bad side... >_<
A lot of creators basically slap a 'censored' block over their work and post it publicly along with the article, then post just the art a second time for the patrons.

It's somewhat understandable that Patreon doesn't want Adult content being accessible "publicly" (covering their asses so that they can't get shit if minors access the content publicly), 24 hours seems like a short notice though. Oh well. Glad that you managed to skim through the posts in time. And I look forward to making new memories, so you can take a trip down memory lane in a few years time again!

Cripes! It's like Patreon is trying to make things as difficult as possible for anyone looking for/creating adult entertainment. Akabur, you must endure the slings and arrows of "polite society" like all great artists before you. Just keep doing what you do (aka: making great content), and we'll keep doing what we do (aka: support you for doing so).
