Commission Hanna: Heist

Wonderful. Thank you for the back-story. What a brilliant character, and a fantastic example of turning a disadvantage into an advantage and strength in adversity. I hope we'll see more of Hannah's adventures. :)
@dustyf Hannah the Halfling. Hannah is a halfling who grew up poor on the streets. She has no idea who her biological parents are, she was found abandoned one day and raised communally by the local pick-pockets and con artists. When she was eight she was already on her way to becoming an expert infiltrator when she was crushed by a millstone while she was trying to squeeze out of a hole in the wall. Her partner managed to yank her free and cast a rudimentary spare dying spell but with their limited knowledge of healing magic and not being able to go to a proper healer there wasn't much that could be done for her lower half. Hannah adapted well enough to her new normal and focused on increasing her dexterity with her arms, training and climbing constantly. As she grew up she favored any infiltration that used the ground as little as possible; partly because her already small stature as a halfling being exaggerated since the accident, means being at ground level is a constant shower of dirt and grime from people kicking up dust or splashing puddles and other street filth. This is the reason for her generally grimy appearance while on a job until she can bathe after a heist. Career wise Hanna now in her mid-twenties is a master at finding a way into secure areas and even steeling fine objects from under their former owner's nose. She is generally quick to spend a good portion of her earnings at a nearby tavern or brothel, and has been the one to start a bar fight when a hand of cards doesn't go the way she wants more than a few times. What money Hannah doesn't spend on her vices she donates to the orphanages trying to give the next generation a shot at a better life than she had growing up.
I love this character so much! I so want to know her story. :)
