Sam: New Sockets

I shaped Sam's sockets and stumps, following real references. This looks so much better now. Of course this shape will only fit for this pose. Bending her lower legs requires additional adjustments though.

For the first time now, the artificial feet are at the same position, where her normal feet would have been ^^
